Items are picked using our bead system: the shape/color of each bead equals a different product!

Please allow up to 1 week for us to process and pack your scoop before shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it, please contact USPS directly.

If a package is returned to us and we can’t reach you within 7 days, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping.
