Our website takes every customer seriously, so your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Please open the parcel in the presence of courier when your parcel arrived and double check and make sure that the item is what you ordered from us and all the information match. 

 In order to settle each dispute much more easier and faster, please provide some pictures which are real and accurate to prove that it is our fault to make the mistake if you would like return. Please be noted that no return is acceptable without getting our permission, we will give you a corresponding answer when your problem has been verified and confirmed.

We are always trying the best to offer the best quality and fastest shipping. But we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some dress. Woldgirls offers the most reasonable return & refund policy, just hope to support your business and maintain a good cooperation relationship with all of our customers. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return to us within 15 days from the date your order was originally received. We can provide a refund or store credit. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Please note that the customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping cost is not refundable. All sale items can only be returned for store credit once approved. Late returns cannot be accepted and the item(s) will be rejected and sent back to you.

1.If any product with quality or damage problem, we accept your return or exchange. But because of too low price, we can’t afford any return or exchanging shipping charge; and the shipping charge of your order is not refundable under any condition

2. Please confirm your parameters of BWH and select size carefully; any extra charge of exchange for size problem is paid by customers. If you want to return the products not fit, we need to charge 15% restocking fee as well as the return of non-quality problem

3. Any product should be in original condition before return, or we will not accept the parcel returned

4. Quality problem includes broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment.

5. Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.

6. Most of our bandage dresses are mini dress, the length is above knee, and it’s basic design concept to show out lady’s sexy feel. No dress is return or exchange for too short reason.

7. We can’t accept no reason return or exchange, or because of personal preference. Please check clearly the products in your parcel, and if you do receive quality problem products, just contact us within 7 days after receipt, send the exact photos to show what problem is. After our designer confirm, we will go on the return or exchange procedure. 

8. Promotion products is not accepted for return or exchange.

9. The color is shown differently because of different display and camera, and it’s not possible to make the dress to be completely the same like the advertisement picture as well as Aziz Max. Please take reference to our real photos of most styles. 

10. The order is not cancelable after the order was arranged, but if you really need to change, please contact us within 12 hours after the order processed. 

11. We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL which is authorized by receivor to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use PO Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service.

12. Any refund will be issued after the return parcel received in our warehouse or by your sales representative. 

13. Any products must be returned in original condition. There will be 50% charge if it comes with perfume, lipstick, damage(return reason is not for damage ).


On average orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekend and holidays. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 pm (PST) will be shipped the same business day. If placed after then the order will most likely be processed and shipped the next business day. Domestic shipping takes approximately 4-6 business days for ground shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has been shipped.

We have the option of overnight, 2nd day, 3-day select shipping methods. The cut off time for the same day fulfillment is 12 pm (PST). If you’re interested in another courier service please contact our customer service team to provide different options for you. Wow Couture is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions of any sorts.

For international orders customs and fees are not included and is the customer’s responsibility to pay. We are not able to determine the duty fees so please contact your local customs office for inquiries. We will not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

General Return Policies 

Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). 
If you are returning or exchanging item, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached. 

Please notice what must be included with your package.

1.If you want to return the items you receive, please contact our customer service. 
2. Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered. 
3. The item you will return must be intact. 
4.We don't bear the expense of your returned items.

Please note that we will not accept any returned items by the color difference which is caused by your display monitor or the weather condition.


Once we receive your return the merchandise will go through a quick inspection. Once the inspection is complete we will issue you your refund accordingly. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow an additional estimated 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.



We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. If the item was on sale you will receive store credit towards your next purchase.



Should you receive damaged, defective or the wrong item(s) please notify us within 7 days from when the merchandise was received. Once you connect with our customer service team we will provide further instructions. All exchanges are based on stock availability.
