Please kindly note if you want to get the dress on certain date, you need to place order in advance for at least one week. Because we need 1-3 business days to process the order, it doesn't mean you will have the dress in 3 days after you order even if official DHL choosed. 4. What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is according to your order quantity and destination country. Our sales consultant will assist to choose the most cost-efficient shipping way. 

5. How can I know the parcel status?
When we have dispatched your item, we will email the tracking number and go on send the most up-to-date tracking information to you on the way.   

6. Is the shipping door to door?
Normally we need you to offer the correct shipping address and cellphone number to make sure the mailman can get in touch with you, they will deliver the parcel to your door. 

7. Is your shipping safe during the custom clearance?
We have shipped dresses to many countries and always prepared some basic document to make the parcel get through the custom smoothly. Of course, if you have any particular request for your country custom, just let us know, we are more than happy to do that. 

8. Do I have to pay tax?
We always make document to help customer receive parcel without tax. But buyers need take care the tax in case the custom decide to charge on your parcel.

Is it safe to enter my card number online?

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. 

How credit card purchases are processed?

To Place an order and type credit card number on a secure site of an online store. Store administrator sees the shopping cart details, which include order and billing information. 

· Shopping cart details along with merchant account are sent to payment gateway secure server for processing. 
· Payment gateway forwards transaction information to merchant’s acquiring bank. 
· Merchant’s acquiring bank forwards transaction information to the credit card issuing bank for transaction verification. 
· Credit card issuing bank verifies transaction and sends response code (Approve, Deny, and reason for denial if applicable) back to merchant’s acquiring bank. 
· Merchant’s bank sends credit card transaction details and response back to payment gateway. If payment is approved, the bank will deposit funds on a merchant’s account at the scheduled time. 
· Payment gateway sends transaction details and response back to merchant’s online store. 
· Payment information is displayed to the customer; i.e.“credit card was charged”, “credit card was denied”, etc. 

 At certain processing stages fees will be charged from the transaction total. The amount of fees depends on a payment gateway used, merchant account, credit card type, and other factors; it usually adds up to be two to three percent of total charges.
